Need Help?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receiving them. Please note that items purchased during a sale or from our sale page are not eligible for return or exchange.
Before You Start Your Return, Please Note:
- Only non-prescription products are eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Shipping labels are only provided for damaged items.
- Returns or exchanges do not include a shipping label unless the item is damaged.
- All returned eyeglasses must be in the original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Only items received in the last 30 days for non-prescription products are eligible for returns.
- A photo of the product is required for returns.
- A return fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund.
- Send your tracking number to help@sunmerwood.com after shipping the eyeglasses back to us.
Tracking Information
It takes 24 hours to update the tracking number after you receive the automated tracking email. If there is still no status after 24 hours, please contact us at help@sunmerwood.com, and we will update you or determine the status of your package.
Please allow 24 hours from the time of delivery for tracking to update. USPS can occasionally mark a package delivered before it actually arrives; it may arrive 1-2 days later.
What if I Put the Wrong Shipping Address on My Order?
If you accidentally put the wrong shipping address:
- If you placed your order within the last 12 hours, email us at help@sunmerwood.com with your correct address, and we will try to update it as quickly as possible.
- If you have already received your tracking information, contact the shipping company directly to attempt an address change. Once the package has left our facility, we cannot change the address or contact the shipping company on your behalf for security and privacy reasons.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order Once It Has Been Placed?
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we can no longer make changes or cancel it.
We cannot add items to your order once it has been placed. Please place a new order for any additional items you wish to purchase.
